I had browsed through many dead sea salt scrubs on the market until I finally found this. It was packaged in a plastic bag with a seal-able top and was just as it looks on the picture. The grains are coarse, not fine, so if you plan on using it as a scrub, make sure you have a good blender/grinder.
I found that it helped with my acne prone skin. The dead sea salt kept my skin moisturized and clean after I have cleansed with my regular Clinique bar soap. For product that is au natural, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I rub it on my face and back every night and rinse once so as to keep the solution on my skin.
**My cousin, who suffers from eczema, also found this to be a nice remedy. Just soak your skin in it for 10-15 minutes a day.
